Derived from the structural language of the National Stadium, this sculpture translates architectural steel elements into a low, ground-level sculptural field.
Beam-like forms reference construction logic, while incised symbols—tools and time markers—record key data from the stadium’s building process, including labor, materials, and duration. The work functions as a readable construction archive rather than a symbolic monument.
Its height is deliberately restrained to avoid visual competition with the stadium, responding to strict requirements from the commissioning authorities and architectural team.
Rejecting monumentality, the sculpture adopts a documentary stance, embedding memory, labor, and time quietly into public space.
