Soaring rises vertically as a condensed sculptural mass, combining forged bronze with granite to form a stable yet ascending structure.
The work avoids literal symbolism. Its sense of “auspice” is articulated through proportion, weight, and upward tension—an equilibrium between grounded stone and elevated metal. Solidity and ascent coexist, producing a restrained but resolute presence within the plaza.
Rather than narrating culture, the sculpture establishes a spatial anchor: quiet, ceremonial, and enduring.
